A committee made up of representatives of the contracting parties may also deliver a formal recommendations to Minsk’s government on any necessary improvement. The Council of Europe Convention against human trafficking was adopted in 2005. It has been so far ratified by 40 of the 47 Member States of the Organization and is open to all countries.
